Welcome to the Decorative Artists
of New
Zealand Inc. website.
Formerly known as
the
Folk and Decorative Artists Society of New Zealand Inc.
We are a non-profit organisation with a focus on friendship and
fun,
while promoting our art through meetings, newsletters
and related activities.
Members have access to our library which
contains
an impressive selection of books, magazines, videos and
DVDs.
Membership also entitles you to
receive a copy of
"Speaking Decoratively" which is our official newsletter
published quarterly.
During the year we hold workshops and demonstrations with teachers
from around
New Zealand and regularly host visiting artists
from
overseas.
We are an active group that encourages the sharing
of
information and techniques worldwide.
